Notes:

Ramen is great almost any time of day in any weather. It is also so versatile with all the different flavors and ingredients you can put on top of it. At this point in the movie, Souske's town is undergoing a huge storm, and him, Ponyo, and his mother are stuck inside. Souske's mother makes him and Ponyo this ramen dish (or a similar one), surprising them by removing the cover to reveal the cooked ramen and ingredients on top. Ponyo is especially excited about the ham!

Directions

  1. Boil 4 cups of water and add the noodles from one pack of ramen, cooking it for however long the package says.
  2. When the noodles are cooked stir the seasoning packets for the ramen.
  3. Boil the egg however you want. When it is done peel the shell and cut the egg in half lengthwise
  4. Slice the green onion
  5. Serve the ramen into serving bowls with the egg, ham, green onion on top
