Photo Mode: You can access photo mode to take pictures of your perfect moment. Could be a picture of a clean drift, getting big air, or a picture of your car on the beach with retro filter. You can upload your shots to the NFS community in the socials tab.

Online Crossplay: Unlike in NFS 2015 and NFS Payback, players from different platforms can now join each other's party online through crossplay and compete against each other. You'll need an EA account to do this.

Crews: you can now crew up with others or your friends so you don't have to ride alone. You are put in a starter crew when you first play the game. Every member contributes to the crew's level, meaning more rewards including cash and reputation earned each race you win.
