Tomatoe Soup
A dish that I started to appreciate more in recent years, as back home we never ate it. Simple tomatoe soup. With a grilled cheese. Or crutons. Sometimes, for added veggies if I haven't been on top of it, I add some carrots, it doesn't really change the flavor and it helps me keep my veggie intake up.
