Here Are The Most Common PC Problems and Ways to Troubleshooting Them
PC Overheating
A heating PC slows down the whole system and leads to frequent crashes. Additionally, PC components may also get permanently damaged due to constant exposure to heat. There are two main reasons your PC heats up, i.e. either the cooling system isn’t working properly due to large amounts dust or the PC is heating to the point your cooling system can’t handle it anymore and other reason like:
Fans are not working
Air Vents are Cloged or Blocked
PC is Full of dust
Thermal Paste is too old or not applied properly
CPU or GPU is overclocked
Ways to Troubleshooting this problem is to make sure there is no wire clutter, change your thermal paste after 2-3 years of use (effects are marginal), clean your PC case and fans every now and then, make sure to replace old or non working fans, make sure your PC has a correct airflow and it replaces the hot air inside, and lastly if PC still over heating have a profesional check your pc.
Blue Screen
The dreaded Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) can occur due to both software and hardware problems, but usually, it’s a hardware problem. Whatever the cause, BSOD requires immediate attention as it’s a sign of a big problem.
Blank monitor
If your monitor isn’t showing anything, then this could be a problem with the monitor itself or the graphics card. You should connect the monitor to another PC to see whether the problem is with the PC or the monitor.
